"Silent Retreat on Prayer”
Led by Fr. Daniel Cardo

September 21-23, 2010
Living in a noisy and activist culture, which continues to move us further and further from God is a serious challenge for the believer. Many times we find it hard to live in contact with God in the midst of so many activities and distractions. That is why the need for silence is felt with urgency: we need to have moments of deep and active silence, when we can listen to the voice of God and to our own voice. In this silence, we can meditate in prayer and receive fundamental answers for our lives and in different ways have a profound prayer life.

"Silence & Action Retreat”
Led by Fr. Daniel Cardo

Nov. 16-18, 2010
In a world full of noise and activism, the idea of silence as self- mastery as the positive integration of all our being; along with the Spirituality of Action, that seeks to inform our activity with God’s presence and understanding of our daily work as a path to holiness are two important ways of striving to live closer to God in our daily life. This retreat will focus on integrating silence into our active daily lives.
