Saint Malo has a variety of accommodations and meeting rooms which may be reserved for weekdays, weekends, overnight programs or day use programs.

Overnight programs

Groups using overnight accommodations are scheduled on the basis of the type of program they are having, the type of accommodations desired, the number of people attending, and meeting room needs. Groups desiring both Friday and Saturday night stays will receive first preference. Occasional one-night weekend openings are available.

Day use programs

Day programs may be scheduled for weekends and/or weekdays for the entire day, part of the day, or the evening.

Chapel (Inside the Main Building)

The Chapel inside the main building is open 24 hours per day to all guests for meditation and prayer. Please check the liturgy information page.

The Chapel on the Rock (Saint Catherine of Siena Chapel)

The Chapel on the Rock is available for all group services, including Catholic weddings, but must be reserved in advance. Please check the liturgy information page.

Meeting Rooms

Meeting rooms are assigned according to the needs, size and activities of the group. We have four meeting rooms. The largest meeting room – the Casey Room – can accommodate approximately up to 150 guests.

Meals/Food Service

Meals are served cafeteria style and must be arranged in advance. Food is served for one-half hour at 8 a.m., noon, and 6 p.m. On Fridays dinner is served at 7 p.m. Since food is available only at those times, early or late arrivals should be advised to purchase meals/snacks en route. Vegetarian and special diet requests are honored whenever possible and must be made in advance. Coffee and tea breaks may be ordered with pastry, fruit or cookies if desired. Socials are also available upon request. The Conference Organizer is responsible for giving Saint Malo staff a guaranteed number for each meal. This number is due seven days in advance of the program and is the minimum number used for billing.
